PMR Grain Systems

PMR Grain Systems has been a specialist New Zealand supplier, distributor and installer for all agricultural storage and stock feed solutions since 2004.

They specialise in crop and grain storage and handling, dairy feed systems and seed cleaning equipment. They offer an end-to-end design, engineering and installation service for everything from small on-farm projects to big plant design.

When local Hinds residents Tom and Kate Burke took over the reins of PMR, they approached the Crisp Apple website team to upgrade the website to have a user-friendly modern design and high-functioning marketing tools.

They had an existing website, however; the design was outdated and the new owners felt that it didn’t represent the brand’s level of service excellence and respected industry reputation.

The product categories needed an overhaul and to be re-organised into a user-friendly navigation.

Tom and Kate wanted the design to reflect where the business is today while maintaining a strong organic search.

Our team created a website that is now a trusted resource for new and existing clients, that clearly shows the value that they offer and the benefits of choosing to partner with them.

Some of the upgrades our team made included:

• Refresh of website design and layout, with a specific focus on the Home page
• Upgraded and optimised the product categories
• Added a basic shop listing page for selling second-hand and new equipment
• Reorganisation and optimisation of the main navigation and sub-menu items with a new site map
• New copywriting for the Home and About Pages
• Update of the look and feel, including an easy-to-read modern font and a sharp new colour palette
• Addition of new images.
